X-ray Powder Diffraction data are collected in the group's own D8-axs multi-stage system. Routine characterisation can be carried out using a 9x-autosampler stage (synchronous spin), a temperature variable (liquid Nitrogen - 450 °C) stage and capillary. Thin films can be characterised at small angles with the reflectometer stage.
